Sam and I planned the Batanes Trip last November. When we booked our plane reservations December 1, Jon and Sam's mom also decided to join us. We planned to go there April 22-26 this year. I invited Bee to join us but she couldn't commit yet.
Last December 25, when I told Aunt Hilda about my trip, she thought of joining us, and she'll probably bring along Dana and Chloe. Even then, I was thinking that if we could stay at either Aunt Fe or Aunt Dolly, 7 people would still be alot.
Last Monday, Bee called to say she wants to go to Batanes. Aunt Hilda hasn't told me if she was pushing through with her plans, but I was wondering how Aunt Fe and Aunt Dolly would do taking in 8 people between them.
It seems that I am not the only one planning to go to Batanes.
Mariel is thinking about going to Batanes but during the Holy Week, and she told me that Joy has plans to visit the Philippines end of March and attend a high school reunion in Batanes on April 1. When I mentioned that to Glen, it was the first time he heard about Joy's plans.
I've been bugging Glen a lot lately since he is the only cousin who's decided to stay in Batanes.
